Licensing terms

Our loops, stems and one-shots are made to be used. Here's what applies when a record using our samples goes big.

In short: if you use a sample from any Team Up Presents pack in a major commercial release, independent or major label, contact us first so we can set up co-production credit and a publishing split.

When these terms apply

These terms apply when sample(s) from a Team Up Presents pack are used in any major commercial release, whether independent or through a major label.

What a commercial release requires

Splitting streaming, publishing, mechanicals, points and advance fees with Michael Ehrhart (Agent M) and Michael DeLeón (Anatomē).
Co-production credit for Agent M and Anatomē.

Steps to clear a release

Email all three addresses: teamuppresents@gmail.com, agentmbeats@gmail.com and anatomemusic@gmail.com.
Provide co-production credit to Agent M and Anatomē.
Set up new terms with Team Up Presents: a publishing split of at least 25%, plus agreed terms for royalties, mechanicals, points and advance fees.
